हैलो मैम मुझे thyroid लगभग 10 या 12 साल से है मैं पहले 50mgका गोली थी लेकिन तीन ,चार साल से 100mg लेती हूँ और अब डेढ़ साल से मेरे नाखूनो मे दिक्कत हो रहा हैं मेरे नाखून मे दर्द होता हैं, नाखूनskin अलग हो ता जा रहा हैं या फिर खोखला होता जा रहा है दिक्कत तो यह हैं मैम कि ये सभी नाखूनो मे थोड़ा थोड़ा दिखाई देता हैं अगर मैं पानी, साबुन ,नीरमा पाउडर और दस्ताने का उपयोग करती हूं तो थोडा ठीक हो जाता हैं लेकिन अगर यह सब न करू तो और दिक्कत होता हैं मैम जी अगर मैं मुह धुलने के लिए अपने हाथों का इस्तेमाल करती हूं तो उतने मे ही मेरे। हाथो मे रूखापन होता हैं और फिर मुझे तुरन्त तेल या क्रिम लगा पडता हैं मेरे पैर के तलवा बहुत ही रूखा रहता हैं और ठंडी आते आते एकदम ऐडी एकदम से टाईट हो जा हैं और दर्द करताहैं और उस पर से एक लेयर सा हो जाता हैं एक बेजान सा skinहोता हैं नोचने पर वह निकल जाता हैं गर्मी ठीक हो जाता हैं और अबskin मे हल्की हल्की खुजली होना, और ये ऐसे जगह जैसे ब्रेस्ट, या थाई कुछ इस जगह पर होता हैं जहा खुजली कर दो तो कभी वहाँ एकदम लाल चकत्ते जैसे हो जाता हैं लेकिन ये सिर्फ ठंडी मे होता हैं गर्मी चकत्ता नहीं होता बल्कि खुरदरा हल्का होता हैं तो मैम मैंने काफी कुछ आप को बताया है जो मुझे महसूस होता हैंpli मेरी ये सारी बाते आप जरुर पढियेगा और कैसे ठीक होगा जरूरी बताऐगा क्या इलाज मै कराऊँ जरूर बताएगा🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
